As your wedding consultant, I will work with you to plan and execute the details of your wedding. I have the expertise to plan your entire event or just one specific part of your event. How much I do, depends on you. Here are some of the services I offer:

Assist the bride with choosing her dress, accessories, makeup artist, hairstylist;
Assist the bridal party with dresses, accessories, makeup artist, hairstylist;
Assist the bride’s mother with her dress, accessories, makeup artist, hairstylist;
Assist with the florist, photographer, videographer, book live music or a DJ (for the reception), soloists, musicians (for the ceremony) based on your budget;
Assist with the venue for the ceremony and reception based on your budget;
Assist the bride with limousine services;
Assist with décor for the wedding based on client’s budget.

Vision

My job is to listen and understand your likes, dislikes and vision for your wedding day. I use the information you provide to make a detailed schedule for the event, choose potential vendors and make recommendations for your special day. When I meet with you, I would like to know about your preferred colours, fabrics, hairstyles, types of flowers, venues and music choices. I would also like for you to share with me about your budget limits, numbers of guests, family members and even special requests that may require extra attention.

Main Goal

Most importantly, my ultimate goal is to work closely with both of you to understand your vision, preferences, and budget for your wedding, hence my initial consultation with you will be to discuss your ideas, desires, and any specific themes you might have in mind. By gaining a thorough understanding of your vision, only then can I provide expert guidance and recommendations to help bring your vision to life.

Decoration of the Wedding Venue

I will help and assist the bride with choosing flowers to decorate the ceremony location and the reception hall. I will coordinate with the florists and venue administrators on the different ways to decorate the venue with flowers. For instance, if you wish to have your ceremony outdoors, I can suggest to the florist the use of a canopy of flowers or a flower arch to create an entrance for my bride.

Florists, Hairstylist, and Accessories

Choosing the right attire, hairstyle, accessories and flowers is of utmost importance. I will consultant with florists, gown and jewelry designers to give you a different and holistic perspective on what is presently trending, but also to ensure that you are the bell at your ball.

Negotiating and Coordinating with Vendors

I will evaluate the vendor’s services, and by this I mean review their delivery times, service conditions, staff’s professionalism and price-quality ratio. These factors are all essential to negotiating deals for my client. I want to ensure that my vendors will provide timely deliveries and coordinate personnel according to the wedding timeline.

Coordinating with Wedding Photographers

It is your wedding day, and you will be busy speaking with guests at the wedding, posing for photos or participating in the ceremony and reception activities. This is why as your consultant, I will coordinate with photographers to ensure they capture every moment at the wedding. This includes but is not limited to, the bride’s walk down the aisle, first dance, cake cutting, guest arrivals or moments with family members. To achieve this, I will provide the photographer with a detailed timeline of the event and suggestions for important pictures.
